Who We Are
Our Psychiatric Practice
We are a healing space for people of all faiths, colors, genders and orientations. Our board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and mental health medication management treatment via secure telehealth. We offer services to children, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations.
Our Treatment Focus
While we do prescribe mental health medications, we also address other factors that may be impacting your mental health such as sleep, nutrition, exercise, relationships, coping skills, and more. Our appointments are typically accompanied by brief counseling where we focus on achieving your overall health goals. We may encourage people to also have a primary talk therapist for more comprehensive therapy.

ARNP Chandra Cogburn has been an experienced registered nurse since 2013, and working as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) since 2016. ARNP Chandra has experience working in primary care, nursing homes, psychiatric inpatient, outpatient, TMS, and residential care facilities. Chandra currently specializes in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, posttraumatic stress, obsessive compulsive disorders, attention disorders, sleep issues, treatment-resistant mood disorders and more. Chandra integrates holistic care and genetic testing for those who may need this. ARNP Chandra sees ages 5 and above to adult.
